VISION-TECH APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Clean and dry the surface to be treated; the cleaner the surface, the better the coating. Make sure any glass cleaners you use are completely removed prior to treating. DO NOT APPLY VISION-TECH TO HOT or DIRTY glass, IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT OR TEMPERATURE BELOW 50F.

PRECAUTIONS:

  • Contact with eyes may cause irritation.
  • We recommend to use rubber gloves when applying; prolonged contact with skin may cause drying.
  • Excessive inhalation of vapors can cause nasal irritation, dizziness, weakness, nausea, headache and a narcotic reaction.
  • If swallowed, may cause stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting and or diarrhea.
  • Do not ingest.
  • Use Vision-Tech within one year from purchase.

  1. Use in a well ventilated area. Wipe Vision Tech on the surface to be treated, being sure to cover the surface completely. After it has set for one full minute, use the same towelette to spread the coating around using a firm circular and overlapping motion for one more minute. This towelette is designed to treat approximately 14sq. ft.
  2. We recommend wearing protective gloves to prevent the product drying out your skin.
  3. Use a clean terry cloth towel to remove excess liquid from the surface and then finalize the coating by polishing the surface with a micro fiber cloth or paper towels.
  4. For initial treatment you may need to reapply to ensure complete coverage.
  5. Should you see the water-repellency begin to ware, re-apply Vision Tech to maintain the coating as necessary.

PERMA SHINE APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

It is essential that the sidewall surfaces of the tires being treated are free of any dirt, but most importantly, completely free of any silicones, oils or other tire shine products. Perma bonds to the rubber on nano level but will not stick to silicone, oil or other “lubricants.” If applied to a tire with residual tire shine remaining, meaning any existing silicone or tire dressing was not completely removed, the Perma Shine clear coat may flake and peel. Used tires that look brown may require extra cleaning. MUST STORE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. KEEP FROM FREEZING.

PERMA SHINE CLEAR COAT INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Ensure tire completely clean and free of prior tires dressings and cleaners.
  2. New tires have a protective mold release compound they also must be cleaned thoroughly.
  3. Cleaner the tire, better the coating will adhere to the surface.
  4. Wear supplied rubber gloves.
  5. Shake bottle before using.
  6. Apply a small amount of Perma shine clear Coat on to Applicator Sponge.
  7. For first initial coat rub Perma shine to tire in a circular motion around the circumference of the tire. Spread product evenly around tire, working Perma shine into the crevasses and details of the tire as needed for complete coverage.
  8. Allow tire to dry.
  9. Initial coat will soak into the tire rubber.
  10. Apply product onto applicator again and apply liberally to the tire without rubbing it in this time. You should see a thin milky white layer. It will dry clear.
  11. Inspect tire and smooth out any over runs.
  12. Wipe any Perma shine residue off of wheels immediately.
  13. Roll vehicle forward or backwards to enable you to treat the "flat" area of the tire.
  14. Allow tire to dry. Perma shine is water based and depending on temperature it may take 5-10 minutes for each coat to dry.
  15. Performing a four-tire treatment on an average size set of tires should take about 15-20 minutes.
  16. Refresh coats may be applied in future to maintain shine.
  17. Allow tires to dry to touch (about 15 minutes) before driving vehicle. Perma shine tire clear Coat is completely cured within 12-24 hours.
  18. Avoid water to an extent possible for first 12 hours.
  19. Rinse and clean Applicator Sponge with water for future use.

DO NOT APPLY PERMA SHINE TO HOT, DIRTY TIRES, IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT OR  TEMPERATURE BELOW 50F.

IMPORTANT: FOR BEST RESULTS ALL TIRES MUST BE CLEANED THOROUGHLY AND FREE OF ALL CONTAMINANTS, DIRT, OILS AND PREVIOUS DRESSINGS.

 PERMA SHINE CLEAR COAT MAINTENENCE

  1. Once applied and cured, treated tires should be cleaned with mild soap or water only. While not recommended, perma shine will withstand repeated pressure washings.
  2. For occasional "refreshes" and/or to restore the "wet" look, simply apply one coat of Perma Shine onto clean, dry tire following the above Instructions. Unlike the initial Perma shine treatment, a Refresh coat does not require the use of a tire cleaner.
  3. To repair "curb rash" or other blemishes: clean and dry tire then simply apply one or more coats of  Perma Shine  to the affected area.
  4. Do not apply perma shine to hot tires, dirty tires, in direct sunlight or in temperatures below 50 F.
  • On Properly coated and maintained tires perma shine can last for 6 months to a year.
  • On garage kept collector cars that are rarely driven, it will retain shine for many years.

NOTE: Tires treated with Perma shine clear coat for the first time will require two coats to achieve Matte look. First coat will “soak” into the tire. Additional coats of Perma shine permanent clear Coat can be applied for semi gloss or high gloss shine.
