This Refund Policy explains Always Dry’s terms for cancellations, refunds, and returns for our services and products.

1. Cancellations

You may request a return if:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged or defective item received
• Leakages or quality issues

To qualify:

• Complaint must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety & quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Liquid-based products (coatings, cleaners, etc.) once opened
• PPF rolls once cut or used
• Customized or installed car modification services

3. Refund Process

• Refunds (if approved) are processed in 5–7 working days via Razorpay
• For replacements, items are dispatched after receiving the returned unit (if applicable)

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch
• Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
• Service appointments for car customization may incur cancellation fees depending on the stage of work

5. Payment Gateway (Razorpay)

By purchasing through our website, you agree that

• Razorpay handles secure payment processing
• All transactions follow Razorpay’s policies
• We do not store card/banking details
