2. Orders & Payments

• All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Payments are securely processed through Razorpay, which supports credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
• By placing an order, you authorize Razorpay to process the payment on behalf of Always Dry USA.
• We may cancel any order at our discretion, especially in cases of:
  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Unavailability

3. Pricing

All prices on our website are in USD ($) and include or exclude taxes as mentioned on product pages. Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content—including images, graphics, videos, and branding—is the exclusive property of Always Dry USA.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

Always Dry USA is not responsible for:

6. Use of Services (For Car Modification & Customization Clients)

• Service timelines may vary depending on vehicle condition, customization type, and availability of materials.
• Any modification invalidating OEM warranties is the customer’s responsibility.
• Always Dry USA is not liable for manufacturer warranty restrictions after modification.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law.
All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.

8. Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

• Processing time: 1–3 business days after successful payment.
• Tracking details are shared upon dispatch.

2. Shipping Time

• Domestic (India): 3–7 business days
• International: 7–15 business days (subject to customs)

3. Shipping Partners

• We use reputed courier services.
• We are not responsible for delays due to logistics issues or natural disruptions.

4. Damaged or Leaking Products

Share an unboxing video or photo within 24 hours of delivery at info@alwaysdry.com for verification and replacement.
